"We note with interest the recent article by Reeves and colleagues [1]
regarding frailty in primary care in light of recent policy developments
in the UK requiring GPs to identify and treat older people with
moderate to severe frailty. The authors suggest that the ultimate
success of this initiative will likely hinge on two contingencies: 1)
reducing the workload of GPs while also simultaneously 2) improving
outcomes for older frail patients ..."
