Letter to the editor in response to: Reeves, et al. The challenge of ageing populations and patient frailty: can primary care adapt? BMJ 2018;362:k3349

"We note with interest the recent article by Reeves and colleagues [1] regarding frailty in primary care in light of recent policy developments in the UK requiring GPs to identify and treat older people with moderate to severe frailty.
